60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Try any Alvex product for 60 days. If you are not happy with your results, email us at support@shopalvex.com within 60 days of delivery and we will refund your purchase. Opened packages are covered.

How to request a refund

Email support@shopalvex.com with your order number and the email used at checkout. We reply within 1-2 business days with the next steps. If we ask you to send the product back, we will tell you where to send it before you ship anything; items sent without a request can't be accepted.

Refund timing

Once your refund is approved, it goes back to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take 5-10 business days to post it.

Damaged or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us within 60 days of delivery with a photo and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.
